Valeriu Piscun, Lilia Cucos, and Larisa Cusnir are highly qualified dentists with extensive experience and expertise in modern methods of dental treatment and prosthetics.

We are all familiar with the fear of visiting dental offices. Have there been such cases among your patients?
Patients are only afraid when they come to us for the first time. And after that, never again. In general, we are proud to have about 12,000 patients on our list. Most of them become regular clients of the clinic. They undergo preventive checkups at least once a year.
The clinic focuses on receiving patients of all ages and operates without a narrow specialization. We perform procedures ranging from simple to the most complex. What are the special features of your clinic?
One of the main rules at Dent VIP is the sterilization of instruments, including packaging in individual pouches, similar to disposable syringes. We have completely eliminated the possibility of intra-clinic and cross-infection. We pay attention not only to the physiological properties but also to the aesthetic components of our work. One of the main areas of focus at Dent VIP clinic is implantology. What should patients know about implants?
Implants are implanted artificial tooth roots onto which crowns or removable dentures are placed. Today’s generation of implants are titanium posts. Titanium does not cause rejection reactions in the human body. The implant has a cylindrical shape so that it can be easily screwed into the bone tissue.
Implantation is, in a way, the reverse process of tooth extraction. The necessary surgery lasts from 15 to 90 minutes, depending on the number of implants being placed. It is performed under local anesthesia and is therefore painless. On average, patients take about 2 painkillers after implant placement.
The main condition for implant placement is sufficient bone height. It can also be augmented using artificial material. Implantation is not performed in the presence of certain pathologies (diabetes, bone and blood diseases). In addition, this procedure is not recommended for heavy smokers (more than 1 pack per day).
After implantation, regular check-ups are necessary twice a year. In this case, you can maintain your implants for over 15 years.
Dent VIP recommends professional hygiene twice a year. This procedure involves ultrasonic removal of supra- and subgingival dental deposits, tooth polishing, and treatment with the “Airprofi” device. If necessary, chemical teeth whitening, which is completely safe and does not harm your health, is performed.
